Maple Nut Rugelach

Ingredients

110 ml cream cheese softened
45 gr butter
120 gr sugar
80 gr maple syrup
1 gr salt
1 egg yolk
190 gr flour
1 filling
120 gr fine walnuts
1 gr cinnamon
1 egg
5 ml water
4 gr sugar
6 ingredients in bowl until smooth
4 ingredien divide dough in
1/2 on a floured surface
10 circle
16 pie shaped
350 oven

Instructions

cool. Store airtight for up to 2 days. Almonds or pecans may be substitiuted for walnuts. ----
