Maple Syrup Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
130 gr flour
1 gr salt
5 gr baking powder
160 gr quick oats
60 gr walnuts
50 gr shortening
1 egg
240 gr maple syrup
2 gr vanilla
Instructions
Mix all together well. Drop by teaspoons 5 cm apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes. ----
