325 gr maple syrup 140 gr shortening 3 eggs 240 ml buttermilk 250 gr flour 170 gr raisins 3 gr cinnamon 1 gr nutmeg 1 gr salt 5 gr baking soda 5 gr baking powder
Instructions
Cream syrup, shortening, and eggs. Mix dry ingred with buttermilk. Add to creamed mixture and beat until well blended. Bake in 8x8 pan for 35 min or til done. Pan should be greased and floured. Frost as desired. ----
