Margaret's Lasagna

Ingredients

450 gr beef
1 gr parsley flakes
2 gr salt
300 gr tomatoes
190 gr tomato paste
70 gr lasagna noodles
375 gr cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 gr pepper
3 gr parsley flakes
40 gr parmesan cheese
325 gr mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Brown ground beef. Drain fat and wash with warm water to remove excess fat. Add parsley flakes, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and parmesan cheese. Mix with meat sauce. in a 9x13 pan, pour half the mixture over a layer of cooked noodles. Cover with half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 190ÂșC or 30-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
