Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

some garlic
30 ml olive oil
1 onion
9 gr parsley
80 gr mushrooms
525 gr italian tomatoes
190 gr tomato paste
170 ml water
1 sauce
7 ml barbeque sauce
7 ml ketchup
2 gr oregano

Instructions

Saute onion, garlic and parsley in oil in a skillet. Add mushroom and saute a little more. Mix in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, A1, barbeque sauce, ketchup, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer half hour, until sauce thickens. Recipe by Ellen Cleary
