Marinated Melon And Strawberries With Honey Ginger Cream

Ingredients

1 ripe melon
300 gr strawberries
120 ml orange juice
28 gr brown sugar
240 ml low-fat sour cream
240 ml yogurt
45 ml honey
45 gr crystallized ginger

Instructions

-finely chopped Fresh mint leaves (garnish) Place melon chunks and strawberries in a large shallow dish. Combine orange juice and brown sugar and pour over fruit. Marinate mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Combine sour cream, honey and ginger in a small bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
