160 gr mushrooms 60 ml soy sauce 120 ml wine vinegar 90 ml sherry 50 gr sugar 95 gr onions
Instructions
Mix all ingredients but the mushrooms in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over mushrooms that have been cleaned and halved or quartered depending on size. Marinate and chill fo 24 hours before serving. Small button mushrooms can be used whole.
