Marinated Pork Chops With Cilantro Salsa
Ingredients
4 3/4 pork loin
16 ml lime juice
1 gr chile powder
1 clove garlic
160 gr seeded tomato
1 gr cilantro leaves
1 gr mint leaves
7 gr onion
2 ml lime juice
1 jalapeno chile seeded
6 from coals
4 times until done
5 from heat
4 cilantro- mint salsa mix all ingredients in glass
