Marinated Prawns

Ingredients

3 prawns
1 slice onion
4 garlic
1 gr oregano
6 chilis
240 ml oil
475 ml vinegar
1 package stuffed green olives

Instructions

Saute half onion and 2 cloves garlic in oil. Remove and discard. Add vinegar, garlic, onions, chilis, oregano and carrots. Bring to a boil, allow to cool. Add prawns and boil. Leave in refrigerator for 2 days.
