Marinated Shrimp On Rosemary Skewers
Ingredients
75 ml extra-virgin olive oil
60 ml lemon juice
1 lemon zest
2 garlic
1 gr pepper flakes
15 shrimp
4 twigs of rosemary with woody stems about
8 in length
8 slices lemon
1/4 salsa
1 clove garlic
65 gr black olives pitted
3 gr parsley
1 salt
1 preheat a charcoal grill
2 lemon
1 salt and pepper
Instructions
Serve the grilled shrimp on a bed of the salsa.
