6 marlin steaks 16 ml oil 1 onion 1 green pepper 230 ml tomato sauce 16 ml worchestershire sauce 1 gr pepper
Instructions
Place fish in glass baking dish. Heat oil in skillet, add onion and green pepper. Saute 2-3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over steaks. Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
