Matt's Orange Roughy
Ingredients
150 gr melted butter
5 ml worcestershire sauce
1 gr parsley flakes
12 gr onion
3 gr seasoned salt
2 orange roughy fillets
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except orange roughy; mix well. Brush mixture generously on both sides of fillets. Bake at 180ºC for for 25 minutes.
