Meat Loaf Teriyaki

Ingredients

900 gr beef
2 eggs
55 gr bread crumbs
65 gr green bell pepper
1 onion
2 carrots
2 garlic
30 ml soy sauce
28 gr brown sugar
30 ml lemon juice
3 gr parsley
1 gr ginger
110 gr brown sugar
120 ml soy sauce

Instructions

Combine all but last 2 ingredients. Form into 1 or 2 loaves and place in a 9 X 23 cm baking dish. Bake at 180ÂșC degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drain off grease. Mix together the brown sugar and soy sauce and pour over meat. Bake for 30 more minutes and remove meat to serving platter. Pour sauce over sliced meat loaf or serve separately.
