450 gr beef 16 gr flour 3 gr salt 1 gr pepper 36 gr dry bread crumbs 160 ml milk 7 gr paprika 1 mashed potatoes
Instructions
Mix together ground beef, flour, salt and pepper and bread crumbs. Line ungreased muffin tins with ground beef mixture about 1 cm thick. Fill meat nests with 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 180ºC or 25 to 30 minutes.
