Meatballs In Chili Sauce

Ingredients

3 corn tortillas
120 ml milk
230 gr beef
130 gr porked
220 gr ham
30 gr onion
1 clove garlic
2 gr cumin
2 gr oregano leaves
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
240 ml basic sauce
240 ml beef broth

Instructions

Mix in remaining ingredients except basic red sauce and broth. Shape into 3 cm balls. Heat basic red sauce and broth to boiling in 25 cm skillet; reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer until done, 15 to 20 minutes.
