Meatballs With Sauce

Ingredients

450 gr sirloin steak
110 gr cheddar cheese
7 gr onion powder
10 gr garlic powder
4 gr cayenne pepper
2 eggs
525 gr gound meat
5 gr flour
1/2 onion
1/4 green pepper
475 ml tomato sauce
1 water
120 ml wine
1/2 balls
5 gr flour

Instructions
