Instructions
Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in cheddar, ook and stir until melted. Mix in macaroni and sour cream. Pour into greased 2 litre casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 375, 30 mins.
