Melon In Mint Sauce

Ingredients

240 ml low-fat sour cream
2 gr mint
26 gr sugar
1 gr cardamom
1 cubed cantaloupe
240 ml cubed honeydew melon
240 ml cubed watermelon

Instructions

Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add to the melon, toss lightly, and chill for several hours before serving.
