Melt-in-your-mouth Potato Muffins

Ingredients

1 yeast cake dissolved
30 ml warm water
75 gr mashed potatoes
120 ml water
100 gr sugar
2 eggs
65 gr butter
375 gr flour

Instructions

Roll out and cut with small round cookie cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 30 min. and bake at 180ÂșC or about 20 min. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. ----
