Melting Moments # 2

Ingredients

130 gr flour
65 gr cornstarch
100 gr powdered sugar
170 gr margarine

Instructions

Recipe by: Sue Klapper In medium bowl stir flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat margarine until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat until combined. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into 3 cm balls. Place about 4 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with lightly floured fork. Bake in 150ÂșC oven 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
