Meringue

Ingredients

4 slices tart cooking apples
40 gr margarine
50 gr sugar
50 gr sugar
40 gr raisins
1 calvados
3 egg whites
1 ml cream of tartar
2 baking dish
350 de until apples are tender

Instructions

whites and cream of tartar on medium speed until foamy. Beat in quarter cup sugar, 1 tb at a time. Continue beating on high speed until stiff and glossy. Spread over apples. Bake until Meringue is golden brown. dozen to 15 minutes. ----
