Mesquite Grilled Cumin
Ingredients
some garlic
2 gr cumin
120 ml lime juice
16 ml olive oil
3 ears corn in the husks
65 gr cilantro
270 gr black beans
4 slices plates
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet. Add corn and chopped cilantro; saute 1 minute. Stir in beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
