Mexican Cheese Bread
Ingredients
190 gr am rice flour
65 gr am soy flour
14 gr non-alum baking powder
240 ml enchilada sauce
180 ml warm water
30 ml am unrefined olive oil
120 gr cheese
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the liquid ingredients. Combine the two mixtures. Stir quickly. Pour into a well-oiled 20 cm x 20 cm cake pan. Bake at 190ÂșC . for 25 minutes or until done.
