Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredients

250 gr flour
400 gr sugar
10 ml soda
2 eggs
575 gr pineapple
90 gr walnuts
1 nbsp
230 ml philadelphia cream cheese
110 gr margarine
450 gr icing sugar
4 gr vanilla

Instructions

Combine cake ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in a greased & floured pan for 35 mins.

Cool cake. Prepare frosting. Frost cake once cooled.
