Mexican Lasagne

Ingredients

450 gr beef
60 gr onion
65 gr green bell pepper
60 ml water
230 ml tomato sauce
190 gr tomato paste
1/2 packages taco seasoning mix
65 gr black olives
6 flour tortillas non-fat
110 gr mozzarella cheese non fat
110 gr cheddar cheese non fat

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190ÂșC .

Cook ground beef with onions and green peppers. Then combine the drained beef with the tomato paste, sauce, water and seasoning and simmer until thick and bubbly. In a 13 x 8 pan make a single layer with 3 of the tortillas. Pour half of the sauce over it evenly, and sprinkle half the olives and half of the cheeses. Repeat. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
