Mexican Pizza

Ingredients

10 gr enriched corn meal
75 gr enriched corn meal
190 gr all purpose flour
14 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
180 ml milk
60 ml vegetable oil
350 ml taco sauce
475 gr mexican style chili beans
1 green
120 gr monterey jack cheese

Instructions

-shredded Heat oven to 230ÂșC . Grease 36 cm round pizza pan or 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon corn meal evenly into prepared pan. Combine remaining half cup corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and oil; stir with fork until mixture forms a ball. Press dough into prepared pan; shape edge to form rim. Bake 15 minutes. Spread taco sauce evenly over partially baked crust. Top with beans, pepper rings and cheese; continue baking 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
