Mexican Pizza With Salsa
Ingredients
30 ml tasting olive oil
65 gr chorizo
1 clove garlic
1 spanish onion
3/4 monterey jack
90 gr muenster cheese
3 cilantro
2 slices green onions
425 with rack in lower area of oven
7 skillet over high hea remove casing from sausage
1/2 chunks
1/2 margin
1/2 cheese over
Instructions
until this cheese has melted and dough is deeply browned, about 3 minutes more. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with minced cilantro and green onions. Cut into wedges. Garnish each wedge with drained salsa and cilantro leaves. Serve hot.
