Mexican Pork Roast

Ingredients

2 onions
2 carrots
1,200 gr pork
6 gr salt
1 gr oregano
1 gr cumin
1 gr coriander
475 ml water

Instructions

Place onions and carrots in crockpot. Rub pork roast with seasonings. Place on top of vegetables; add water. Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to dozen hours.

Good when shredded and served in hot buttered tortillas with spicy taco sauce.
