Mexican Praline Cookies

Ingredients

220 gr brown sugar
2 butter
1 egg yolk
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
250 gr flour
140 gr pecans
26 gr confectioners sugar
2 dough
2 apar cookies will spread when
12 cookies

Instructions

Note: To toast pecans, preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Spread pecans in single layer on baking sheet. Bake on middle rack until color deepens and they smell fragrant, 7 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully so they do not burn ----
