Mexican Sombrero Pie

Ingredients

170 gr flour
38 gr corn meal
1 gr salt
95 gr shortening
60 ml water
450 gr beef
22 gr onion flakes
10 gr beef soup mix
1 packet
18 gr chili powder
1 gr basil
1 gr pepper
220 gr cayenne
1 gr garlic powder
170 gr cheddar cheese
3 eggs

Instructions

and 0. 5.5 tsp salt Shredded lettuce, chopped tomato (garnish) In chilled pie shell, place a layer of cheese, then the beef mixture. Combine the eggs, salt, and half and half. Pour over the beef mixture. Sprinkle with a little grated cheddar cheese and then bake at 180ÂșC for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with shredded lettuce and tomato. Makes 10 servings.
