Mexican Stroganoff

Ingredients

525 gr round steak bite size
120 gr onion
2 garlic
30 ml cooking oil
475 ml water
120 ml chili sauce
7 gr paprika
8 gr chili powder
6 gr seasoned salt
5 ml soy sauce
80 gr mushrooms
38 gr green chili salsa
230 ml sour cream used on day
24 gr flour used on day

Instructions

*or 1 cup red wine and half cup water Brown the meat, onion, and garlic in oil in a large saucepan. Drain. Add next 7 ingredients to the meat and simmer, covered, 1 hour or until meat is tender. F reeze.

When thawed, warm the meat mixture. Stir together the sour cream and flour and add to the meat 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
