Mexican Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients

75 gr pasta shells
16 ml vegetable oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
500 gr vegetarian refried beans
8 gr chili powder
40 gr black olives
95 gr monterey jack

Instructions
