Mike's Lasagne
Ingredients
some salt if you are a salt lover
1 1/2 onion
2 gr oregano
450 gr beef
1 gr black pepper
260 gr sweet italian sausage
240 gr low-fat ricotta cheese
4 garlic
210 gr mozzarella cheese
700 ml tomato sauce by machine
190 gr tomato paste
80 gr parmesan cheese
120 ml dry wine
16 extra wide lasagna noodles
120 ml water
13 in casserole dish
3/8 sauce
3/8 ricotta
3/8 mozzarella
2 more times till gone
350 oven
Instructions
One of my favorites, as well as mom's. Freezes well and is great on a cold winter night when you want something warm and hearty but don't feel like cooking. Serve with hot sour dough garlic french bread and a tossed green salad. -----
