Mike's Texas Chili

Ingredients

1,400 gr beef
260 gr pork
1/2 bacon fat
5 slices precooked of bacon
26 gr sugar
28 gr dark brown sugar
16 gr beef soup base
2 gr instant coffee
120 gr real coffee
100 gr celery
2 gr thyme
6 gr salt
1 cummin seed
3 gr garlic
5 gr cocoa
2 bay leaves
1 cilantro
3 gr mexican oregano
1 tabasco
55 gr chili blend
14 gr paprika
1 package v
8 juice
120 gr onion
65 gr green
1 package stewed tomatoes

Instructions

Brown pork and beef, and drain very well. Add all ingredients to large crock pot and cover. Cook on high for 4 6 hours or low for 8 dozen hours. The longer it cooks, the thicker it gets. Cubed roast or steak may be substitiuted for the ground meat. NOTE: This can be cooked on top of the stove. Brown pork and beef, then cook onions until they become limp.
