Millet Stew

Ingredients

1 millet
950 ml water
2 onions
2 potatoes
2 carrots
100 gr celery
80 gr mushrooms
2 bay leaves
1 gr basil
1 gr thyme

Instructions

Toast millet in a dry skillet for about 5 minutes. Stir constantly to avoid burning.

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
