Ingredients

160 gr sifted cake flour
300 gr sugar
10 egg whites
7 ml cream of tartar
1 gr salt
4 egg yolks
2 gr lemon rind
4 gr vanilla
100 gr sugar onto wax paper
200 gr sugar
12 gr at a time
1/2 meringue batter the egg yolks until no
