Mince-meat Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

325 gr brown sugar
190 gr shortening
2 eggs
375 gr flour
30 ml sweetened condensed milk
300 gr rolled oats
1 gr salt
60 ml molasses
180 gr mince-meat
30 ml water
18 gr baking powder

Instructions

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, molasses, milk, water, and mince-meat. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking powder. Add rolled oats. Combine with first mixture. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (410 F) 15-20 minutes. 45 servings. ----
