Mincemeat For Pie
Ingredients
1,400 gr beef
2,400 gr apples
950 ml water
475 gr raisins
1,900 gr maple syrup
26 gr cinnamon
6 gr pepper
6 gr salt
9 gr nutmeg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Cook over very low heat until apples are soft and mixture is very thick. May be canned or frozen. Makes dozen pies.
