Mincemeat Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

325 gr brown sugar
190 gr shortening
2 egg
375 gr flour
30 ml sweetened condensed milk
300 gr rolled oats
1 gr salt
60 ml molasses
180 gr mincemeat
18 gr baking powder

Instructions

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, molasses, milk, water, and mincemeat. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking powder. Add rolled oats. Combine with first mixture. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (410 F) 1520 minutes. ----
