55 gr (60 ml) olive oil 1/2 orn 1 mined onion 1 died raw white potatoes 2 loves garli, mined 1 ooked garbanzo beans 1/4 mined ilantro 1 unooked small pasta 3 finely died smoked ham (maaroni or smaller) 4 quarts beef broth, boiling 2 shredded fresh spinah 1 died tomatoes freshly ground pepper, to taste 1 died arrots freshly grated Parmesan heese, 1 died elery to taste Heat oil in a large stokpot and saute onions, garli, ilantro, and smoked ham until onions are soft. Add boiling beef broth and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, arrots, elery, orn, potatoes, and garbanzo beans all at one. Cover and barely simmer until vegetables are tender. Add pasta and ook until pasta is al dente. Season with pepper. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan heese and serve hot.
