Pastry shells: Combine ingredients and shape into 3 cm balls. Place into ligh tly greased miniature muffin pans ( 4 cm) forms into shells and prick with fork. Bake at 200ºC or 5 minutes. Filling: Combine onion, bacon and che eses; fill each pastry shell. Liquid Filling: Combine eggs, half & half and sea sonings in large mixer bowl. Pour into pastry shells over the bacon mixture.
