Mix-in-the-pan Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

220 gr all purpose flour
150 gr granulated sugar
18 gr poppy seed
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
180 ml water
60 ml vegetable oil
6 gr lemon peel
30 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Powdered sugar Heat oven to 180ÂșC . Mix flour, granluated sugar, poppy seed, baking soda and salt with fork in an ungreased square pan, 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 inches. Stir in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown;cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with lemon sherbert if desired.
