Mocha-almond Biscotti

Ingredients

60 gr almonds
250 gr flour
200 gr sugar
5 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
2 eggs
2 egg whites
4 gr vanilla extract
5 gr cocoa powder
10 gr instant coffee powder
32 gr chocolate
1 gr almond extract
20 ml water
1/2 almond dough on a well-floured work surface
8 rectangle
1/2 chocolate dough
14 log

Instructions

Transfer the logs to a rack to cool. Reduce the oven temp to 150ÂșC . Cut the logs diagonally into 1 cm thick slices. Stand the slices upright on the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool before storing. Makes about 4 dozen biscotti. ----
