475 ml water 10 ml cream of tartar 25 crackers ritz preferred
Instructions
Bring to a boil, drop in crackers. Place in a uncooked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put dabs of butter on top. Bake at 180ºC or about 30 minutes. Tastes like real apple pie.
