Mock-Zucchini Apple Pie

Ingredients

500 gr zucchini
150 gr sugar
20 gr tapioca
75 ml lemon juice
1 gr salt
5 gr cinnamon
2 gr nutmeg
16 gr cornstarch
85 gr raisins

Instructions

----------------------------------TOPPING--------------------------------- half c Margarine; softened half c Sugar half c Flour Mix all Pie ingredients together and place in a deep dish unbaked pie shell. Combine the Topping ingredients and pour on top of pie. Bake at 190ºC for one hour. Dot top of pie with margarine.
