Moghul Style Mixed Vegetables With Paneer

Ingredients

26 gr butter
30 gr mixed nuts
40 gr raisins
6 gr garlic
1 onion
1 size tomato
45 gr broccoli florets
1/2 cauliflower florets
65 gr green bell pepper
2 diamonds
65 gr bell pepper
1 size carrot
65 gr green beans
1 diagonal
50 gr peas
1 gr turmeric
2 gr coriander
2 gr cumin
1 gr cardamom
3 gr cayenne pepper
3 gr salt
60 ml water
210 gr paneer
120 ml cream
130 gr pineapple chunks

Instructions

-canned, drained) Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add nuts and stir-fry until brown. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add raisins and fry until plump, remove and set aside. Add remaining butter to the skillet. Add garlic and onion and cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Stir in tomato and cook until soft. Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 6 minutes. Stir in spices, salt and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook until vegetables are tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in paneer, cream and pineapple. Cook until heated through. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fried nuts and raisins.
