Mom's Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

130 gr flour
75 gr cheddar
3 gr sugar
1 gr salt
2 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
120 ml buttermilk
30 ml oil

Instructions

-need d) Work flour together with cheese until cheese is well-coated. Add sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. Make a well in mixture; pour in buttermilk and oil, mix. Add more flour if too wet and soft, or if too dry, add more buttermilk. Mix thoroughly, but no more than you have to. If right consistency, will hold its shape. Spoon out onto greased cookie sheet 1.5 to 5 cm apart. Bake between 425 to 230ÂșC . about 25 minutes.
