Mom's Cranberry Pie

Ingredients

2 cranberries
300 gr sugar
65 gr pecans
2 eggs
130 gr flour
110 gr margarine
95 gr shortening

Instructions

Grease a 25 cm pie plate. Spread cranberries over bottom of the plate and sprinkle with half c of sugar and the chopped nuts. Beat eggs well; add 1 c sugar gradually and beat till thoroughly mixed. Add flour, melted margarine, and melted shortening (Crisco), beating well. Pour batter over cranberries and bake at 160ÂșC degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes -till golden brown.
