Mom's Meat Loaf

Ingredients

900 gr beef
130 gr pork
95 gr onion
120 ml catsup
120 gr seasoned dry breadcrumbs
2 eggs
30 ml worcestershire sauce
4 gr oregano
1 gr basil
5 gr garlic powder
3 gr salt
2 gr pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC . By hand, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pack the mixture into a 9-x-5-3-inch loaf pan. Bake for about 1.25 hours or until the meat loaf is firm to the touch in the center, golden brown on the top and has pulled away from the sides of the pan. Transfer to a platter. Cut crosswise into slices.
