Mongolian Barbecued Lamb Or Beef

Ingredients

900 gr lamb
3 leeks
3 stalks chinese parsley
45 ml soy sauce
8 gr sugar
2 mashed fermented bean cake
30 ml sherry

Instructions

Slice meat into very thin slices about 10 cm long. Mix all ingredients and marinate for 6 hours. Cook on grill for 3 to 5 minutes, turning frequently.
